The Tulip Tree B&B is newly built, and designed to give our guests the utmost in privacy and comfort. We are located on a quiet street within Southold Village, and only a five minute walk to the bus, train station, and shopping.

You have a choice of three rooms,
all with central air, private bath and ceiling fans:

Just outside your door is a sitting room with cable TV and VCR
