The first session (choose either June 17-19, July 17-19, or
Sept 9-11, 2011) includes:

• A 2 night stay at the B&B
• All meals (2 dinners at top-rated area restaurants, 2 world class breakfasts, and 2 gourmet lunches)
• A two day class with Waters Crest winery owner, Jim Waters, who will teach you everything you need to know to go off on your own and make wine - 2 1/2 cases to be exact!  Think of the value of that alone.

The second session (Dec 3-4, 2011) includes:

• An overnight stay at the B&B
