A Private Get-a-way:
Our B&B acts as a private get-a-way for visitors wanting to explore the North Fork of Long Island in a less commercial manner. Guests are treated to comfortable and private accommodations in our fully restored 1798 farm house. We limit to a maximum of 4 guests at any one time.

Location:
Freddy’s House is located in the village of Cutchogue right in the middle of North Fork wine country. Beaches, vineyards, farm markets, golf courses, boating and restaurants are only minutes away.

Guests Choose Between:
Alice’s Room – a second floor hideaway with king size bed and spacious private bath. Bath has both an antique claw foot tub and separate shower. Rate: $150./night*

Flora’s Room – a first floor romantic retreat with queen size bed and a cozy private bath with shower. Rate: $150./night*

*$25 off for booking both rooms.

Morning Fare:
Breakfast at Freddy’s House is informal. Fresh fruit, a breakfast bread, juice, milk and cereal are available to guests between the hours of 7am and 11am.

Reservations:
Our B&B has a two night minimum stay. Reservations are required in advance and can only be made via telephone. Our phone # is: 631-734-4180. If we are outside gardening when you call, please leave your name, number, and the dates in which you are interested. We will get back to you shortly.

Deposits:
A one night deposit holds your room. Deposit must be received no later than three days after a reservation is made.

Refunds:
A full refund minus a $25.00 handling fee with 14 days notice.

Payments:
Cash, Travelers Checks, and Personal Checks accepted. No credit cards.

Check-in / Check-out Times:
Check-in between 3pm and 8pm (check-in after 8pm will pay an additional fee unless special arrangements have been made in advance.) Check-out by 11am

Please Note:
No pets and no smoking allowed.
